Thurston Moore

Thurston Moore was a founder of the New York City art rock band Sonic Youth in 1980 with Kim Gordon. Their 1988 release Daydream Nation was chosen by the Library of Congress to be preserved in the National Recording Registry. He’s a writer of poetry, fiction, memoir, and criticism and oversees the publishing imprint Ecstatic Peace Library.
