Yves Béhar

Yves Béhar is the founder of the San Francisco–based design studio fuseproject, whose work spans commercial projects for the likes of Herman Miller, Mini, Sony, and Target; gallery and museum exhibitions; and social responsibility projects, such as One Laptop Per Child. His work has been featured in solo shows at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and at the Musée de Design et d'Arts Appliqués Contemporains in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is the recipient of numerous design awards, including the prestigious National Design Award for Industrial Design, awarded by the Smithsonian Institution's Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum; and he chairs the industrial design program at California College of the Arts in San Francisco.
