John Hughes is a writer who lives in Illinois.

Sana Krasikov’s story collection, One More Year, will be published in August by Spiegel and Grau. She lives in New York City and is at work on her first novel.

Shaena Lambert is the author of two books of fiction: Radiance (2007) and The Falling Woman (2002). Both were published by Random House in Canada and by Virago Press in the United Kingdom. She lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Marissa Perry received her MFA from the University of Michigan, where she won the 2006 Thesis Prize for her collection of stories. Her fiction recently appeared in Tin House and is forthcoming in Glimmer Train. She lives in New York City.

Yasutaka Tsutsui is one of Japan’s most popular writers. Among his honors are the Tanizaki Prize, the Kawabata Prize, and a decoration by the French government as a Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres. “Rumors About Me” debuted in Japan in 1972. This is its first North American publication.
