Roy Scarbrough (Guest Editor) labored for years as a newspaper journalist, which at the time seemed to be a sensible thing for him to do as a writer. Not so sensible was flying off to Spain to run from the bulls in Pamplona. In recent years, his sensibilities turned to fiction. He taught community college English for a while, but happily discovered the merits of menial jobs and irregular employment upon a writerly life. He lives in Ashland, Oregon, a mountain town that lures in tourists with Shakespeare plays. His Zoetrope- workshoped story, "Sleeping Dogs" is in the current Florida Review. roy9951@aol.com.

Tomi Danaher (Guest Editor) is a full-time writer, mother, wife, and student. She lives in a trailer somewhere this side of the rainbow, and is in constant fear of tornadoes (you remember the wicked witch don`t you?). She is currently completing a BA in English, after which she hopes to get a job, feed/clothe her kids, or perhaps just veg for a while until she figures out how to navigate the rainbow. She lives with her hubby, Steve, and her two stunning daughters Ryan Jae and Dylan Harmony, who are aged thirty-two months and fifteen months, respectively. They are the air she breathes.
